Transilvania Constructii Cluj has asked shareholders to convene 21. April and discuss a 40% increase in the share capital to 23.43 million RON through a capital injection. If so, the company will issue 201,119 shares with a face value of 33 RON. The new shares will be available to any shareholder registered as such by 09. May. The shareholder meeting welcomes any shareholder registered as such by 11. April.
Transilvania Constructii currently has a share capital of 16.79 million RON (4.77 million EUR) divided into 509,000 shares with a face value of 33 RON. The leading shareholders are Mircea Timofte (30.55%), Gabriela Timofte (30.50%), SIF Banat Crisana (18.42%) and AVAS (4.42%). The company has a market value of 181.67 million RON (48.30 million EUR) as per Monday"s quotation of 357 RON. The company is listed on RASDAQ as COTR.
