Bucharest-based jet and turbojet engines manufacturer Turbomecanica (BSE - TBM) concluded Q1 2007 with a net profit of 529.475 RON, down approximately 60% compared to the corresponding period of 2006. Overall revenues totalled 20 million RON, declining by 13,89% from Q1 2006, while expenses amounted to 19,43 million RON, down 10,72% from the similar period of last year. Net turnover totalled 17,63 million RON, declining by 7,3%.
This year, the company plans to invest 16,35 million RON and expects overall revenues to reach 98,15 million RON (-14% from 2006). Electromecanica estimates expenses of 81,42 million RON (-13%) and a net profit of 16,72 million RON.
