EnglishSC Turism Felix SA, listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange as of last week, bought between March 9th-15th shares in four of the five financial investment companies.
The company acquired 653.700 shares in SIF Transilvania at prices ranging from 2,94 and 2,98 RON/share. Turism Felix also bought 177.500 shares in SIF Oltenia, 110.000 shares in SIF Moldova and 112.300 shares in SIF Banat Crisana. The total value of the transactions amounts to 3.082.389 RON.
In yesterday"s trading session, SIF Transilvania bought 313.200 shares in Turism Felix (BSE - TUFE) at 2,0649 RON/share. The share price rose by 8,15%, following the trading of 893.800 TUFE shares, totalling 1,8 million RON.
