The Extraordinary General Meeting of the shareholders held on September 28 2006 approved an increase of the company"s registered capital by 3.591.254 lei, corresponding to 1.710.121 new shares issued at a nominal price of 2.1 lei.
The proposal of the company"s Administrative Council regarding the extention of the above-mentioned period will be voted on in the EGM that will be held on February 9. February 28 was suggested as the registering date in order to identify the shareholders affected by this EGM decision.

The main shareholders are SC "A4 Impex SRL and SC A1 Impex SRL, owning together 60.05% of the "Somes" shares, and "MFC Commodities GMBH", contributing 13.96% to the capital of the issuer.
