Zimtub - Zimnicea (BSE:ZIM) has announced that two shareholders, Ionel Bocioc and Ion Tugulescu, have exited the company by selling over 20% in total. Ion Tugulescu sold 422,900 shares (8.76%), whereas Ionel Bocioc sold 610,600 shares for 3.3 RON/share. The total number of sold shares is worth 3.41 million RON (933,320 EUR). Last Friday, SIF Oltenia, too, exited ZIM selling their 26.13%. Zimtub has a share capital of 12.06 million RON divided into 4.82 million shares with a face value of 2.5 RON. ZIM shares are listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BSE) Tier II. According to the latest report, dated 30 June, the main shareholders are Stelian Dragomir - 20.42%, SIF Oltenia - 26.13%, Ionel Bocioc - 12.65% and Ion Tugulescu - 8.76%. At the end of 2007, the company reported a net profit of 92,054 RON, down from the 108,571 RON posted at the end of 2006. The turnover increased from 26.98 million RON to 29.27 million RON.
