Unirea Prod bought 21.47% in plastic producer Prodcomplex - Targu Mures (RASDAQ:PRLX) on RASDAQ in several steps starting at the beginning of the week. Unirea Prod bought 95,516 PRLX shares for 43 RON/share on Monday and another 1,340 shares for 37 RON/share on Tuesday. Both transactions totaled a bit over 4 million RON. On 27 May, Unirea Prod had also bought 3.4% in Prodcomplex. The plastic company has a share capital of 1.13 million RON divided into 451,117 shares with a face value of 2.5 RON. Prodcomplex shares are traded on RASDAQ as PRLX. The company is controlled by Aurelia Cacovean with 53.57%. Prodcomplex has a market value of 18.95 million RON (5.2 million EUR) as per the 42 RON/share quotation.
