UPC has increased broadband speed for all customers following 10 million EUR spent on hardware upgrades. The improvement will be offered at no extra charge and will increase speed to a minimum of 1 Mbps, up to 6 Mbps depending on subscription plan.
According to Marketing & Sales Manager Raluca Milin, the company will also offer promotional incentives to prospective customers, including a lent DSL modem. The company has recently rolled out cSpire, a customer service management platform, and will implement VITRIA, a solution to unify databases and improve accessibility at call center level.
