Enamel vessels producer Ves - Sighisoara (VESY) concluded the first nine months of the year with 26 million RON (7.74 million EUR) in turnover, down by 24% y/y, whereas the net profit gained 67.2%. In the corresponding period of 2006, the company secured a turnover of 34.2 million RON. In the first nine months of 2007, the net profit amounted to 1.19 million RON (354,600 EUR), up by 67.2% y/y from 713,000 RON. Ves has a share capital of 8.64 million RON (2.56 million EUR) divided in to 86.4 million shares with face value of 0.1 RON. The leading shareholders are Idifta Bucur with 11.54% and Tilinca Maria with 9.99%.
