Shareholders in Vitimas SA and CIT SA, both based in Tecuci, have cleared the merger of the two companies. Majority shareholder Catalin Chelu will hold 67% in the new entity. Farming machinery manufacturer Vitimas has a share capital of 979,228 RON, divided into shares with a face value of 2.5 RON.
CIT is an industrial transportation company with a share capital of nearly 3 million RON divided into 1.18 million shares with a face value of 2.5 RON. After the merger, Vitimas will have a share capital of 1.777 million RON divided into 710,848 shares with a face value of 2.5 RON.
