King Sturge provided technical advice to British fund Tri Investments ERPF for the residential complex Perla Residence in Pipera, which was acquired for 15.5 million Euros. According to a press release sent to our editors, King Sturge was involved in the project even before the pre-acquisition stage, by performing the due diligence and monitoring the execution of the buildings until their recent completion and handover to Tri Investments.
The collaboration between King Sturge and Tri Investments consisted of supervising the construction works and contract management, with King Sturge serving as a go between for Tri Investments in its relationship with developer Crown Constructions.
The Perla Residence complex contains 82 apartments in six 4-storey buildings, as well as three town house buildings and an underground car park for more than 127 vehicles.
Tri Investments acquired 69 apartments, together with land, parking spots and storage areas, which are now put up for sale.
King Sturge"s Project Management department began operations in 2008 and currently provides project management and civil engineering consultancy services to 10 residential projects in Bucharest and major cities such as Brăila, Iaşi and Ploieşti (such as Rezidenz, Armonia Residences and Tătăraşi Arena), with a total surface of 270,000 sqm, as well as for retail, office and industrial projects, with a total surface of approximately 90,000 sqm.
