World Machinery Works SA Bacau reported a turnover of 18.315.372 RON for the first three quarters of 2006, compared to 14.257.028 RON in the corresponding period of 2005. In the same period of last year, the company"s operating revenues amounted to 19.552.313 RON, increasing by nearly 2 million RON from the similar period of 2005.
Total revenues increased from 18.176.700 RON in the first nine months of 2005 to 20.216.475 RON in the similar period of 2006. In the first three quarters of 2005, the company registered a loss of 2.867.503 RON, while in the corresponding period of last year it posted a net profit of 462.480 RON.
World Machinery Works shares are listed on the first tier of Rasdaq as of December 20th 1996, under the symbol MAUN. The company has a share capital of 5,87 million RON, divided into shares with a face value of 6,47 RON/share.
