Shareholders in sparkling wine producer Zarea approved on February 6th the acquisition of wine brands owned by Karom Drinks, including the alcohol-free sparkling wine Rubby Bubble, according to a report to Rasdaq.The meeting was originally sheduled for February 5th, but it was postponed due to lack of cvorum. The acquisition will be done in accordance with the contract signed by the two parties on December 28th 2006. Karom Drinks product portfolio includes sparkling wines Faber and Tesoro, and alcohol-free sparkling wine Ruby Bubble. Other company brands are Freixenet, Nymphenburg, Chamdor, Prosecco Azzurro, Pernac and Sangria Corrido.
