EnglishElectroputere Craiova concluded last year with a net loss of 50.175.159 RON (14.821.918 EUR), 41,24% higher than in 2005, according to a company preliminary report. The financial loss amounted to 2.692.162 RON, 40,27% higher than in the previous year . Net revenues dropped 11,68% compared to 2005, reaching 156.539.899 RON. Total exploitation revenues amounted to 170.286.778 RON, down 10,47% compared to 2005. Exploitation expenses dropped 2,69%, reaching 217.769.775 RON.
The company"s frozen assets were 135.263.771 RON, down 3,4%. Land and construction value corresponded to 89,85% of frozen assets. Company debt reached 190.752.314 RON last year. Electroputere"s share capital is 12.416.795 RON, same as in 2006, divided into shares with a face value of 0,1 RON/share.Company shares are listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange under the symbol EPT. Electroputere shares dropped 3,6% last year, gaining 2,2% this year.
Electroputere Craiova is on the list of companies for which the government postponed the insolvency procedures, the company"s options being privatisation, restructuring or voluntary liquidation.
