Aerostar Bacău, a company that operates in the plane construction and maintenance business, has seen its turnover in Q1 increase 14.6% YOY, from 61.39 million lei to 70.35 million lei.
The company"s revenues increased 14.4% during the quarter, from 73.51 million lei to 84.13 million lei, whereas its expenses increased 12%, from 71.66 million lei to 80.39 million lei. The company"s profit increased almost 50%, from 1.35 million lei to 1.95 million lei.
Aerostar Bacău is controlled by Iarom Bucureşti, which holds 71.09% of the company, whereas SIF Moldova holds 11.32%. Shareholders of Iarom include the chairman of the Board of Directors and the General Manager of Aerostar, Grigore Filip, as well as two other investors, Mihail Nicolae Toncea and Doru Damaschin.
