EnglishShareholders in Alro Slatina wil convene on March 15th in a general meeting in order to appoint a new Managing Director as Cristian Marian Olteanu has stepped down, according to a report to the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Only shareholders inscribed in the Registry on February 26th have the right to participate in the meeting.
Alro is the largest primary aluminium producer of Eastern and Central Europe, with a production volume of over 260.000 tons per year. The majority shareholder in the company is Marco Group. C.P.
