Alumil Rom Industry expecting a profit of 3.41 million lei

Alumil Rom Industry Bucureşti, a maker of aluminum systems, expects to make a profit of 3.48 million lei this year, almost 2.5 times bigger than the net profit it made last year (1.41 million lei).

According to a press release of the company sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange, the company expects its revenues to reach 70.3 million lei in 2011.

The Bucharest company is part of the Alumil group of Greece, which holds 55.9% of the shares.

Another important shareholder is the president of the Board of Directors and CEO of the Romanian company, Michail Sotiriou, who owns 23.95% of the shares.
