EnglishThe National Housing Agency (ANL) announced yesterday the beginning , as of January 29th, of the application procedure for the housing units in Brancoveanu neighbourhood, located in the Drumul Taberei area in the 6th district of Bucharest. ANL will build 360 mortgage-financed apartments (126 studio apartments, 147 two-room apartments and 87 three-room apartments) in five buildings. The buildings will consist of basement, ground floor and 2-3 upper floors and will have 2,4 and 5 sections. The building complex will be built in phases, and it is located on the boundary of Drumul Taberei neighbourhood, being contiguous to Timisoara Boulevard and Valea Oltului and Valea Doftanei Street. According to a press release sent to our newspaper, the persons who want to buy apartments in this complex must be registered in the ANL database and to obtain a solvancy certificate from one of the banks that ANL havs agreements with, in order to finance housing construction through mortgage loan. Notary statements and solvency certificates must be filed by applicants at the ANL Registry by February 23rd.
