Avia Motors, a Bucharest-based Skoda dealer, sold over 1,200 units in the first half of 2008, which equals 10% of the Skoda sales in Romania and approximately 28% of the Skoda sales in Bucharest. Octavia drove sales with 395 units, followed by Octavia Tour with 257 units and the Fabia with 124 units. The car dealer concluded 2007 with a 3% y/y increase in turnover and estimates to sell 2,400 units in total by the end of the year.
