2nd District City Hall published in the Official Monitor the public-private partnership contract for the development of a commercial center in the Baicului area. The winning bidder, Conspet Com Obor SRL, will invest approximately 600.000 euros in the construction of the new commercial center. The local administration will contribute the land on which the commercial complex will be built, namely 868 square meters. The project was estimated at approximately 112.500 euros.
The project vobjective is to exploit the commercial potential of the area, which is defined by a great number of consumers with average buying power.
The company will be responsible for the design, financing, building, exploiting, maintenance and the transfer of the finalized building to the public authority when the contract ends. The commercial center will consist of basement, ground floor and one upper floor. The concession period is 49 years. The land is located at No. 12A Popa Nicolae Street.
