Baneasa Development SRL and Olympia Invest SRL have concluded the administrative part of their merger. Upon the conclusion of the deal, Baneasa Development, currently the single shareholder in Olympia Invest SRL, will become the single developer of the Baneasa Commercial Area, whereas the Feeria Gallery will become part of Baneasa"s portfolio.
The company also owns the Baneasa Shopping City, one of Bucharest"s largest malls, within Baneasa Town, a real estate project priced at some 1 billion EUR. The compound measures 221 hectares and will eventually have some 5,000 housing units, half a million square meters of commercial space and over 160,000 square meters of office space.
