EnglishBrokerage house Carpatica Invest SA Sibiu will propose on April 17th a share capital increase by 5,6 million RON (1,66 million EUR), according to NewsIn. The management board of the brokerage house intends to increase the company"s share capital from 1,4 million RON to 7 million RON. Shareholders registered on April 13th can take part in the General Meeting. The capital increase will be done by cash injection and the company will issue 56.040 shares with a nominal value of 100 RON/share.
