Businessman Cătălin Chelu sees the Bucharest Stock Exchange making a recovery in about six - seven months and, implicitly, big gains for those who are buying now to invest long term.
Mr. Chelu, who is an investor on the stock market, said that "shares of financial companies are among the most attractive, right now, because they will be those who will see the fastest recovery".
In order to evaluate investments, investors should look at the ratio between the current price of a share and the 52 week low, as well as watch the PER indicator, considers Mr. Catalin Chelu.
Even though bonds have begun trading more often on the BSE, Mr. Chelu said that he does not favor this type of investment, and said that "people who invest in bonds right now are only protecting their money, but they"re not making a profit". In closing, the former chairman of SIF "Moldova" said that he currently has plans for investments, which depend on the amount of cash he has available.
