The Competition Council has authorized the economic concentration to be performed through the acquisition by G+H Montage Stizo of Stizo Nuclear, Stizo Teleorman, Stizo THI, Stizo Vest, Stizocon, Stizovil, "Trustul de lucrari special Pitesti" and Stizo Industrial Services. The analysis performed by the Competition Council revealed that this case of economic concentration does not lead to the creation or consolidation of a dominant position on the relevant markets. Thus, although the case is subject to Competition Law no. 21/ 1996, the Council found no conflict with any of the requirements for a normal competition environment. G+H Montage Stizo is a holding part of Vinci Group that is currently executing various construction projects in Romania, including roads and highways (via Viarom Construct Romania) and electric wiring works. The main business of the eight acquired companies consists of insulation and anti-corrosive works.
