EnglishComvex - Constanta concluded last year with 16.12 million RON in profit (4.47 million EUR), up by 76% from 2006. The turnover gained 52% to 75.30 million RON (20.85 million EUR), according to preliminary results reported to the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB). The Y2006 results included a net profit of 9.15 million RON and a turnover of 49.47 million RON. Last year"s revenues amounted to 80.55 million RON (22.31 million EUR), up by 52% y/y. Expenses gained 46% to 61.29 million RON (16.19 million EUR).
Debts increased by nearly 19% to 41.51 million RON, from 34.92 million RON in 2006. The company has a share capital of 11.05 million Ron (3.2 million EUR) divided into 4.4 million shares with a face value of 2.5 RON. The majority shareholder is Solidmed SRL with 53.94%. Broadhurst Investments Ltd. Held 21.74% at the time of the last report.
