The shareholders of construction company Concefa Sibiu have issued their agreement for the sale of several real estate assets which the company owns in Braşov. More to the point, two singles blocks of apartments in the city of Braşov and one in the town of Victoria, a 12-storey office building with 112 rooms, as well as the production base which spans seven hectares. The shareholders have also approved the sale of four apartments which the company owns in Braşov.
According to a report sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange, the shareholders have also approved the extension for the year 2012, of two credit lines of over seven million Euros borrowed from the Romanian Commercial Bank, as well as of the credit facility of 750,000 lei taken from the same bank.
Concefa Sibiu, specializing in constructions, has announced that after the first nine months of 2011, it had a turnover of 51.42 million lei, down 12.2% YOY, from 58.6 million lei. The company also announced that it has slipped into the red, with a loss of 11.5 million lei, after posting a profit of 2.3 million lei in the similar period of 2010.
Horaţiu Cercel owns 64% of Concefa together with his mother. The remaining stock is owned by various other investors.
