Shares in the Bucharest-based Faur will resume trading today, after the registration of the share capital increase from 27.377 million RON to 37.646 million RON, according to a Bucharest Stock Exchange press release quoted by NewsIn.
The Faur Board in August decided to increase the share capital by 10.269 million RON from 27.377 million RON to 37.646 million RON. The majority shareholder, Bega Com, subscribed all new shares under their preemptive right. Following this operation, Bega Com controls 85.9% in Faur.
The second largest shareholder, AVAS, holds 12.95%. On February 5th, Faur shareholders will consider a motion to increase share capital by 4.07 million RON (1.2 million EUR) from 37.646 million RON to 41.71 million RON. Faur has a share capital of 27.37 million RON and a market capitalization of 8.76 million RON.
