EnglishAs of this month, Finans International Leasing IFN SA will change its name to Credit Europe Leasing IFN SA. The rebranding process was necessary as the National Bank of Greece acquired a stake in Finansbank Turkey, as well as the Finans brand.
The network owned by Fiba International Holding NV, comprising financial institutions in Romania, Russia, Holland, Germany, Switzerland and Ukraine, will operate under the new name: Credit Europe. This change will not influence in any way the company"s activities as far as shareholders and management team are concerned. The identification data of Credit Europe Leasing remain unchanged.
