The Irish company that bought a 53 million EUR plot of land in the Titan area of Bucharest will next week complete the documentation necessary for construction permits and start building a residential complex of 1000 apartments and a mall, according to Sector 3 Chief Architect Stefan Dumitrascu quoted by NewsIN.
He added that the 83,000 square meter plot on Liviu Rebreanu Blvd. would be host to four apartment buildings of 26 floors each and a mall measuring some 20,000 square meters. "I believe this 53 million EUR transaction is the biggest land sale in the history of Bucharest," Dumitrascu added. The overall investment in the project has been estimated at some 120 million EUR.
