Landlords Become More Flexible With Tenants

A significant decrease in the number of home rental contracts in the last few months is causing an improvement in the supply available on the market. Real estate agents from EuroMetropola say that, while many customers used to prefer to take a mortgage loan than to rent a home, now rental is the only option because of much harsher lending conditions. According to EuroMetropola, landlords are becoming much more flexible towards their tenants and are even willing to make significant improvements to the homes the are letting. They are even willing to specify in the lease that they will not increase the rent for the entire duration of the contract.
