EnglishProLogis, the only real estate developer in our country that focuses exclusively on the industrial segment, is building an industrial park - "ProLogis Park Bucharest A 1" - on the Bucharest-Pitesti highway, at km 23.
The investment objective will be finalized in 4-5 phases, the costs related to the development of the first phase being estimated at approximately 80 million USD.
When finalized, the industrial park will occupy a surface area of 320.000 square meters. ProLogis purchased the land last year, when it entered the Romanian market. Depending on the market, the company will expand to other cities, most demands coming from Constanta, Timisoara, Cluj, Brasov and Sibiu.
Present on 79 markets, ProLogis operates in 19 countries. The company started its activity in 1991 in USA and it operates in Europe, USA and Asia.
