EnglishBrasov will have a second four-star hotel as of Q2 this year, when Concorde will open close to the entry from Bucharest. Marketing Manager Doru Supeala said the building would have two underground levels, ground floor, mezzanine and eight floors. The underground levels will include parking spaces, kitchens and other utility areas.
The hotel will have 120 rooms, a presidential suite, several apartments, special rooms for persons with disabilities, a restaurant for 250 persons, bars, a conference hall and a beauty area on the last floor. The investment has been estimated between 15 and 25 million EUR. Inauguration is slated for the beginning of the winter.
