Decorated by Traian Băsescu with the Star of Romania, Gunther Krichbaum, the president of the European Affairs Commission of the Bundestag, asks the president of the European Commission, Jean Claude Juncker, through a letter, not to suspend the application of the Cooperation and Verification Mechanism (MCV) concerning the Romanian judicial system and writes that "in the event of new attacks on the independence of the judicial system, should take into consideration initiating the procedure for the activation of article 7 of the EU treaty" (the suspension of Romania's voting rights in the EU council).

Assuming that Jean Claude Juncker activated article 7 of the EU treaty, the EU council were to reach the absolutely never before seen situation where it has a Romanian president, but we would be without a voting right.

President Klaus Iohannis did not watch the revelations made by the Cosma family on Antena 3, about the abuses of the prosecutors of the Ploieşti National Anticorruption Department (DNA) ("Reporter: Have you succeeded in going through the shorthand transcripts that have appeared in the media over the last few days?/Klaus Iohannis: No./ Reporter: And aren't you interested?/ Klaus Iohannis: No."), and yet, he "knows" that "Some convicted felons are making a desperate attempt to attack and discredit the DNA and its directors".

Essentially, the Romanian president leaves us at the mercy of Dan Voiculescu: if Antena 3 insists in "its desperate attempt to attack and discredit DNA and its management", then Gunther Krichbaum will find that article 7 needs to be activated (does Vlăduţ Cosma have any other recordings?).

As Justice minister, Tudorel Toader seems like a man who would do anything the power would ask him to do, (short of going to jail in doing so) - one look at him and Krichbaum would instantly activate article 7.

I don't know how Krichbaum views the fact that the policemen delighted in the intimate photos of Andreea Cosma ("Intimate photos, like everyone has"), found by the prosecutors in her computer - is that an attack on the Judicial system or not?

Is "Good night, honey", an attack on Justice, or is it not, for Krichbaum?

That is a message from Mircea Negulescu, which Andreea Cosma stored on her phone, which, at the request of her brother Vlăduţ Cosma, was being kind to the prosecutor who had put their father, Mircea Cosma, in jail.

Of course Krichbaum would jump to say that it's sexual harassment, and Iohannis that it's an attack on the Judicial system by the offender.

Mircea Cosma-Polonius, gets executed by Mircea Negulescu-Hamlet, to the chagrin of his lover Andreea Cosma-Ofelia and her brother Vlăduţ Cosma-Laertes (Hamlet's best friend).

I mean why wouldn't Laertes be right instead of Hamlet?! (by the way, former prosecutor Mircea Negulescu has been excluded from the Magistracy and prosecutor Mihaiela Iorga has been suspended).

It is increasingly hard to trace the line that separates offenses from the Judicial System.

Vlăduţ Cosma told Mircea Negulescu that they have a different status: "You have a good guy status, and I have a bad guy status".

It was implied that in fact they are all the same, and God was in the Şureanu mountains, skiing.
