After a quarter of the share capital of Amonil - Slobozia (BSE:AMO) changed hands on Monday, another two transactions were concluded yesterday for 52 million shares, sold for 0.048 RON/share. On the Regular market, some 48.41 milion AMO shares were traded for prices between 0.051 RON/share and 0.0578 RON/share, the average price thus gaining 11.33%. Approximately 9% of Amonil"s share capital changed hands yesterday.
Amonil has a share capital of 111.26 million RON divided into shares with a face value of 0.1 RON. Among the leading shareholders are Eurotrading Chemicals SRL (28.16%) and Romferchim (26.78%), according to a report dated May 31st. However, Romferchim yesterday reported to have exited Amonil. The fertilizer manufacturer has estimated losses of over 10 million RON for this year (-47%) and revenues of 11.83 million RON.
