Shareholders in Vulcan SA Bucharest will convene on March 30th to approve a 3,14 million RON increase in share capital, according to a report to Rasdaq. The company will issue 1,26 million shares with a face value of 2,5 RON. Shareholders registered on March 20th will participate in the meeting.
The company specializes in manufacturing steam generators and has a share capital of 58,46 million RON. Vulcan shares are listed on Tier I of Rasdaq, under the symbol VULC. The majority shareholder is Tender SA Energy Group, holding 84,83% in the company.
