Citadella Titan, one of the newest residential projects on the Bucharest real estate market, is being developed in the Titan area of Bucharest. The compound includes two buildings of 210 apartments in total. The apartments range from one to four rooms.
According to Regatta, the compound will be commissioned in two stages, the first including 110 apartments of which 85 have been sold already (40% of the total project). Foundation works have been started, and the project is slated for completion in end-2008. The buildings will have 14 floors each, including a recessed top floor. The designer is BRC Business Group.
