The National Securities Commission (CNVM) last week endorsed the appointment of Costel Ceocea and Claudiu Doros as President - General Manager and, respectively, Vice President - Deputy General Manager of financial investment firm SIF2 Moldova, according to an activity report published on CNVM"s website. The two were appointed to the respective positions by the Board of Directors on 22 May.
SIF2 Moldova concluded the first quarter of the year with a net profit of 4.1 million RON, four times less than the 11.8 million RON secured in the first quarter of 2008.
