SIF Transilvania, which holds 99.6% of the hotel company, has subscribed shares worth 7.28 million lei. For the share capital increase, the company issued 3.2 million new shares, with a face value of 2.5 lei/share, of which 2.912 million shares were subscribed.
The decision to perform the share capital increase, which was approved at the General Meeting of Shareholders of June 11th, was made in order to help finance the company"s investment budget for this year.
