The Timisoara Local Council approved a decision plan regarding the establishment of the quantuum of the penalties applied daily in case of delay in executing contracts of public acquisitions. Thus, the percetage is changing from 0.1% to 0.5% fdrom the value of the contract signed between the Timisoara City Hall and the winning company of the administrative works auctioned. The new percentage will be included in the documents related to the bidding book, as well as in all the public acquisition contracts starting this year.
