Uton SA Onesti posted a turnover of 18.3 million RON (6.08 million EUR) and a net profit of 77,430 RON, according to a report to the Bucharest Stock Exchange.
In September 2006, the company"s management board announced a share capital increase by 2.05 million RON to 4.145 million RON. Following the capital increase, the majority shareholder is BKP Trust Invest SRL with 52.30% in the company, followed by Carom with 45.78%.
