Although, at this time, the priority of A&D Pharma is to concentrate on trading on the London Stock Exchange, the company"s management does not exclude the possibility of listing A&D Pharma shares on the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB).
Mr. Dragos Dinu, CEO of A&D Pharma, said: "The listing on BVB is not an option that we rule out, but at the moment we want to concentrate on the recent listing on the London Stock Exchange. This listing offers greater opportunities and can attract the interest of more investors".
A&D Pharma is the first Romanian company listed on the London Stock Exchange and it operates in the field of pharmaceuticals distribution and retail.
Mr. Cornel Fumea, CEO of BRD Securities stated at the end of last week that A&D Pharma may be listed on BVB as well, because, although when the company was listed it obtained the necessary capital, A&D Pharma shares trade poorly on the London Stock Exchange.
