Paper and cardboard producer Ambro - Suceava (RASDAQ:AMRO) posted losses of 23.3 million RON (6.9 million EUR) in the first nine months of 2007, up four times year-on-year. Losses recorded for the first nine months of 2006 amounted to 4.97 million RON. Nine months through this year Ambro posted operating revenues of 141.4 million RON (42.1 million EUR), up 2.6 times from the 53.5 million RON posted in the year-ago period. Operating expenses totaled 160.9 million RON (47.9 million EUR) for the first nine months of 2007, up 2.8 times from the 57.1 million RON posted in the year-ago period. The turnover reached 130.16 million RON (38.7 million EUR), up 3.3 times than in 2006, when the turnover reached 39.4 million RON. Ambro has a share capital of 62 million RON (18.5 million EUR) divided into 24.8 million shares with a face value of 2.5 RON. Sical SA is the majority shareholder with 75.47%.
