Shareholders in Armax Gaz SA Medias approved a share capital increase by 54.8 million RON (17.07 million EUR), from 8.07 million RON to 62.87 million RON (19.6 million EUR), according to a report to Rasdaq quoted by NewsIn. The company will issue 548 million shares with a face value of 0.10 RON. Shareholders can subscribe for shares worth 40.34 million RON, while the remaining 14.46 million RON will be added from reserves.
Industrial gas equipment producer Armax Gaz Medias ended 2006 with a net profit of 5.44 million RON, a 2.35% increase from 5.31 million RON in the past year. Last year, turnover rose by 17.4% to 44.71 million RON.
In February, Armax Gaz increased its share capital by 5.6 million RON to 8.07 million RON. The company"s share capital is divided into 80.67 million shares with a face value of 0.10 RON. The significant shareholders in the company are Mircea Vescan (36.19%), Aldona SRL (4%) and MEI Roemenie & Bulgarije Fonds NV (7.94%). Armax Gaz shares are traded on Tier 1 of Rasdaq as ARAX.
