EnglishScudas SA - Pascani has announced that the Central Depository registered the transfer of ownership of 473,969 shares (69.9848%) issued by the company from UNIF AT SRL - Iasi to the State Assets Recovery Authority (AVAS) following the termination of the privatization contract upon AVAS" request following UNIF"s failure to observe contractual obligations.
The fine mechanics company was established in 1991 and has a share capital of 6,000.39 RON. The second largest shareholder is SIF Moldova with 19.96%. Six months through the year, the factory posted a net profit of 205,980 RON and a turnover of 8,261,644 RON. Debts amounted to 10,548,233 RON.
