EnglishBanca Comerciala Romana (BCR) expanded its branch network to 500 units, of which 91 in Bucharest and Ilfov county. The bank opened unit number 500 yesterday, in District 6, Bucharest. The new BCR unit is located in the Prelungirea Ghencea area and offers the bank"s complete range of products.
Last year, BCR opened approximately 100 new units and the bank intends to open another 125 units this year. In the first five months of the current year, the bank opened 28 units, of which 9 units in Bucharest and Ilfov county, 4 in Iasi county, 2 units in the counties Bihor, Bacau, Brasov and Galati, and one unit in Hunedoara, Prahova, Neamt, Giurgiu, Botosani, Arad and Timis.
