Bucharest-based retailer Bucur Obor SA posted 5,34 million RON in net profit for 2006, up 3,5% year-on-year. The company will use the entire amount for investments, according to a report to Rasdaq, quoted by NewsIn.The company has a share capital of 1,34 million RON, divided into 13,37 million shares with a face value of 0,10 RON. The significant shareholders in the company are Laurentiu Postovaru (26,68%), Gelu Manea (16,05%), Broadhurst Investments Ltd (9,68%) and Amadeus Group (5,76%).
Bucur Obor shares are listed on the first tier of Rasdaq as BUCU. The company has a capitalization of 36,65 million RON. At the end of 2006, Bucur Obor posted a net profit of 5,16 million RON on turnover of 9,47 million RON.
