The significant shareholder in Comcereal Botosani acquired 4.494 shares (0.44% of share capital), following the public sell offer launched at the end of last year, according to a press release sent to Rasdaq on thursday. In August, Carolinne Anna Kuipers bought a block of 510.000 shares, corresponding to 50.36% of Comcereal Botosani share capital. The shares were sold by the majority shareholder, Prutul SA, for 510.000 RON. The price of 1 RON/share was 150% higher than the one paid in the last transaction, namely 0.4 RON/share, and 2.5 times lower than the face value of a Comcereal share. The company has a share capital of 2.53 mln RON, divided into 1.012.740 shares with a face value of 2.5 RON.
