Shareholders in Caromet - Caransebes have approved an increase in share capital from 26.4 million RON to 31.45 million RON through a capital injection, according to an announcement to RASDAQ. For this purpose, the company will issue 2 million shares with a face value of 2.5 RON. Pre-emptive rights will be valid for 30 days and are proportional to already existing stakes. Caromet is controlled by Iasitex with 93.2%.
