The company reported 24.07 million RON (7.17 million EUR) in turnover, down 11% from the first 9 months of 2006.
Celhart Donaris has a share capital of 37.3 million RON (10.7 million EUR) divided into 14.9 million shares with a face value of 2.5 RON. The majority shareholder is Echopack - Ghimbav (AMCP) with 84.81%. SIF Banat Crisana (SIF1) holds 14.25%.
