EnglishThe National Securities Commission (CNVM) on Tuesday licensed a new investment fund, Carpatica Global, managed by Carpatica Asset Management and having ING Bank Amsterdam as depository. Carpatica Asset Management has a share capital of 1 million RON and is controlled by Banca Comerciala Carpatica with 80%, followed by SSIF Carpatica Invest with 20%. CNVM also authorized the outsourcing by Carpatica Asset Management of the distribution of shares in the investment funds they manage to Banca Comerciala Carpatica.
