EnglishShareholders in Componente Auto Topoloveni will convene on March 9th to discuss a 6.58 million RON (1.95 million EUR) increase in share capital by incorporating several assets, according to a report to RASDAQ quoted by NewsIn.
The face value of the shares will increase from 6 RON/share to 12.98 RON/share. The shareholders will also discuss the results of the re-assessment of the building and the manner to reflect them into the Y2006 financial records.
Other topics on the agenda concern the allocation of dividends, a 1 million RON credit line from BCR and the financial results of Indagro Servcom SRL - Topoloveni, a company controlled by Componente Auto Topoloveni.
The car engine and spare parts manufacturer currently has a share capital of 5.66 million RON (1.67 million EUR) divided into 942,992 shares with a face value of 6 RON.
